India, Aug. 27 -- Coriander futures prices rose Rs 2 to Rs 16,350 per quintal on Thursday, supported by firm demand in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), coriander contracts for October delivery gained Rs 2, or 0.01%, to Rs 16,350 per quintal, with a business turnover of 18,550 lots.

Market analysts attributed the rise to higher spot-market demand and restricted supplies from producing regions, which supported coriander futures.
