India, April 24 -- Coriander prices inched up on Friday, rising Rs 6 to Rs 13,512 per quintal in futures trade as speculators increased their positions, tracking a firm trend in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for May delivery gained Rs 6, or 0.04%, to Rs 13,512 per quintal, with a trading volume of 24,420 lots.
Analysts said stronger demand in the spot market, along with limited supplies from producing regions, supported the uptick in prices.
