India, Oct. 30 -- Coriander prices declined by Rs. 318, or 1.91%, to Rs. 16,318 per quintal in futures trade on Friday as traders reduced their positions amid subdued demand in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), coriander contracts for December delivery fell by Rs. 318 to Rs. 16,318 per quintal, with an open interest of 16,485 lots.

Market analysts attributed the decline to weak spot demand and profit-booking by speculators.
