India, Oct. 26 -- Copper futures gained Rs 2.20, or 0.16%, to Rs 1,385.10 per kg on Monday, supported by firm demand in the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), copper contracts for November delivery advanced to Rs 1,385.10 per kg, with a business turnover of 833 lots.

Analysts attributed the rise in copper futures to increased positions taken by market participants amid stronger spot demand.
