India, Oct. 30 -- Copper prices declined by Rs. 6.35, or 0.46%, to Rs. 1,388.10 per kg in futures trade on Friday, weighed down by subdued demand in the domestic spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), copper contracts for November delivery fell by Rs. 6.35 to Rs. 1,388.10 per kg, with a trading volume of 1,749 lots.

Traders attributed the decline to weak demand from domestic consuming industries, which weighed on the red metal's prices.
