India, Aug. 13 -- Copper futures prices declined Rs 3.60 to Rs 1,371.60 per kg on Thursday, weighed down by muted demand in the domestic spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), copper contracts for August delivery fell 0.26% to Rs 1,371.60 per kg, with a business turnover of 1,918 lots.
Traders attributed the decline to subdued demand from consuming industries in the domestic market, which weighed on copper prices in futures trade.
