India, July 6 -- Copper futures slipped marginally on Monday, with the July contract declining 45 paise, or 0.04%, to Rs 1,284.35 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX).
The contract was traded in 857 lots, as muted demand from domestic consuming industries weighed on prices. Traders attributed the decline to subdued buying interest in the spot market, which kept pressure on copper futures
