India, Aug. 11 -- Coforge Ltd has launched a new business unit dedicated to serving the private equity (PE) sector, aimed at helping PE firms drive value through operational transformation, technology adoption and business growth.
The new unit will leverage Coforge's experience in turning around and scaling businesses, including NIIT Technologies, Incessant Technologies, SLK Global, Cigniti Technologies and Encora LLC.
The company said changing market conditions, challenging valuations and longer investment holding periods have increased the focus on portfolio performance, EBITDA improvement and technology-led transformation.
