India, Aug. 16 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 73.29 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 76.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.28 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.83 per cent at Rs 207.10 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 219.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.81 per cent to Rs 120.23 crore from Rs 119.26 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 65.56 per cent at Rs 21.39 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 12.92 crore).
