India, Aug. 27 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.69 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 77.08 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.70 per cent at Rs 11.36 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 74.25 per cent to Rs 11.10 crore from Rs 6.37 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 32.21 per cent at Rs 1.01 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.49 crore).
