India, Oct. 14 -- The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the proposed acquisition of approximately 23% of the fully diluted shareholding in Kids Clinic India Limited, which operates the Cloudnine chain of maternity and childcare hospitals, by NuageLux BidCo S.à r.l.
NuageLux BidCo is a special purpose vehicle incorporated under Luxembourg law. The entity has no independent operations or presence in India or other markets and is ultimately controlled by Permira Holdings Limited, a private equity firm registered in Guernsey.
