India, Aug. 25 -- The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Cyient Ltd's acquisition of 100% of the share capital of US-based Tao Digital Solutions Inc.
Under the proposed transaction, Cyient will acquire the entire shareholding of Tao Digital Solutions from its existing shareholders.
Cyient provides engineering and technology services across sectors including aerospace and defence, automotive, healthcare, semiconductors, energy, industrial manufacturing and communications.
