India, Oct. 8 -- Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607 | NSE: BLUECLOUDS) has signed a three-year, non-binding MoU with Senegal's Ministry of Telecommunications and Digital Affairs and the Global Council for Investment and Business for Africa (GCIB) to promote digital transformation, innovation and digital infrastructure in Senegal.
Signed in Dakar on October 6, 2026, the agreement aligns with Senegal's New Deal Technologique and initiatives including the Senegal Digital Factory, Data and AI Factory, AI Scaling Hub and Startup Ecosystem programme.
