India, Aug. 27 -- Bikaji Foods International has entered into a strategic partnership with renowned bakery industry technical expert Thayekunni Khaleel through its subsidiary, Bikaji Bakes Private Limited (BBPL).
As part of the partnership, Bikaji Foods has transferred a 30% equity stake in BBPL to Khaleel, while retaining a 70% majority stake, with BBPL continuing to remain a subsidiary of Bikaji Foods.
The partnership combines Khaleel's global bakery expertise and technical capabilities with Bikaji Foods' strong understanding of Indian consumers, extensive distribution network and retail presence.
