India, July 3 -- Bhatia Communications & Retail (India) Ltd. on Monday, 25 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 1 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Saturday, 18 July 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 17 July 2026.
The last five dividends are 1% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 20 February 2026), 1% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 21 November 2025), 1% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 22 August 2025), 1% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 July 2025) and 1% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 28 February 2025).
