India, June 23 -- Belding India Limited has announced the incorporation of a new joint venture subsidiary, Belding HD India Private Limited, in partnership with HD Fabcon Private Limited.
The newly formed company, incorporated in India on June 22, 2026, will focus on opportunities in the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and renewable energy sectors. The joint venture is structured with Belding India holding a 55% stake and HD Fabcon holding the remaining 45%.
