India, Nov. 2 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 10.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 63.24 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 33.71 per cent at Rs 44.64 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 67.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 26.85 per cent to Rs 39.62 crore from Rs 54.16 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 15.34 per cent at Rs 1.38 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 1.63 crore).
