India, March 25 -- Avio Smart Market Stack Ltd (formerly Bartronics India) has entered into a strategic MoU with US-based Aquasafra Holdings Inc. and Waterfield Farms Inc. to explore the development of a technology-driven aquaculture and fisheries ecosystem.
The collaboration will combine ASMS's extensive rural distribution network across 5,000+ villages with Aquasafra's expertise in advanced tilapia genetics, hatchery systems, and aquaculture technologies.
The partnership aims to build scalable and commercially viable aquaculture models focused on improving productivity, survival rates, and supply chain efficiency, while creating new livelihood opportunities in rural and peri-urban areas.
