India, May 25 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.47 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.29 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 37.38 per cent at Rs 25.77 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 41.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 45.75 per cent to Rs 20.18 crore from Rs 37.20 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 296.77 per cent at Rs -3.69 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs -0.93 crore).
