India, Aug. 25 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.83 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.01 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 63.92 per cent at Rs 9.28 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 98.19 per cent to Rs 0.23 crore from Rs 12.70 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 53.19 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.47 crore).
