India, Aug. 19 -- Arkade Developers Ltd. has added four cluster redevelopment projects across key micro-markets in Western Mumbai, with a combined projected turnover potential of around Rs 5,000 crore.
The projects are spread across approximately 45,204 sq. m. or 11.17 acres in Malad West, Kandivali West, Kandivali East and Borivali West. Collectively, they are expected to offer around 15 lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area.
Two of the projects, located in Ashok Nagar, Kandivali East and Shankar Lane, Kandivali West, cover a combined plot area of around 12,612 sq. m. and are expected to generate approximately 3.5 lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area, with an estimated Gross Development Value of Rs 1,100 crore.
