India, April 1 -- Aluminium futures declined by 80 paise to Rs 351.80 per kg on Wednesday, as participants reduced positions amid a soft trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for May delivery fell 0.23% in a turnover of 168 lots.
Market analysts attributed the decline to subdued demand from consuming industries, which led traders to trim their positions.
