India, Sept. 7 -- Aluminium futures prices rose 0.32% to Rs 348.70 per kg on Monday, supported by fresh positions taken by speculators amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for September delivery gained Rs 1.10 to Rs 348.70 per kg, with trading volumes standing at 231 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise to fresh buying by traders and steady demand from consuming industries, which supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
