India, Aug. 26 -- Aluminium prices edged up by 15 paise, or 0.04%, to Rs 346.80 per kg in futures trading on Wednesday, supported by fresh positions taken by market participants and a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium futures for September delivery traded higher with a business turnover of 250 lots.
Analysts said fresh buying by traders, along with demand from consuming industries, supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
