India, July 3 -- Aluminium futures climbed 1.46% to Rs 333 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Friday, driven by fresh buying by traders amid a positive trend in the spot market.

The July delivery contract gained Rs 4.80 per kg, with a trading volume of 828 lots. Analysts attributed the rise in aluminium prices to fresh positions created by market participants and sustained demand from consuming industries.
