India, July 13 -- Aluminium futures traded higher on Monday, with the July contract on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) rising Rs 2.20, or 0.65 percent, to Rs 340.65 per kg.
The gains were driven by fresh buying from market participants amid positive sentiment in the spot market. Analysts said sustained demand from consuming industries encouraged traders to build new positions, supporting aluminium prices in futures trade.
