India, Aug. 14 -- Aluminium prices rose by 55 paise, or 0.16%, to Rs 347.35 per kg in futures trade on Friday, supported by fresh position-building by speculators amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for August delivery increased by 55 paise to Rs 347.35 per kg, with a business turnover of 329 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise to fresh positions created by traders, along with steady demand from consuming industries.
