India, March 18 -- Aluminium prices declined by nearly 1 per cent to Rs 337.80 per kilogram in futures trade on Wednesday, tracking weak trends in global markets.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for March delivery fell by Rs 3.10, or 0.91 per cent, to Rs 337.80 per kg, with a business turnover of 2,189 lots.

The April contract also slipped by Rs 3, or 0.87 per cent, to Rs 341.60 per kg in 1,713 lots.
