India, Oct. 1 -- Aluminium futures declined Rs 2.45, or 0.72%, to Rs 338.20 per kg on Thursday, as traders reduced their positions amid weak demand in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for October delivery traded at Rs 338.20 per kg, with 465 lots changing hands.
Analysts said lower demand from consuming industries and position unwinding by participants kept aluminium prices under pressure.
