India, Oct. 19 -- Aluminium futures fell by Rs 2.70, or 0.83%, to Rs 322.25 per kg on Monday, as traders reduced their positions amid subdued demand in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for October delivery declined Rs 2.70 to Rs 322.25 per kg, with a business turnover of 3,929 lots.
Analysts attributed the decline to position-cutting by market participants amid easing demand from consuming industries.
