India, June 29 -- Alkem Laboratories Ltd. has informed the exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, Alkem Medtech Pvt. Ltd., has executed the First Supplementary Agreement to the Share Purchase Agreement dated March 6, 2026, in connection with its proposed acquisition of a controlling stake in Occlutech Holding AG, Switzerland.
The supplementary agreement was signed on June 26, 2026, with the selling shareholders of Occlutech.
Earlier, Alkem Medtech had announced its plan to acquire at least 51% and up to 55% of the total issued equity share capital of Occlutech through a Share Purchase Agreement executed in March 2026. The latest agreement is part of the ongoing transaction process.
