India, Aug. 7 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.53 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.89 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 37.45 per cent at Rs 22.02 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.25 per cent to Rs 19.01 crore from Rs 20.72 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 90.63 per cent at Rs 1.05 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 11.20 crore).
