India, Oct. 8 -- Air India and Tata Communications have launched EasyRoam, an Air India-branded travel SIM offering international voice and data roaming services to passengers travelling abroad.
Available as both a physical SIM and eSIM, EasyRoam is initially offered free of cost, with roaming packs starting at Rs 241, excluding taxes, across 30 countries covering North America, Europe, Australia, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Customers purchasing data plans can also receive up to 1GB of additional complimentary data, with the benefit available in all covered countries except Maldives and Mauritius. Coverage is expected to expand progressively to up to 190 countries.
