India, June 16 -- Affle has announced that its subsidiary, Affle MEA FZ LLC, has entered into a definitive agreement with Digital Turbine (NASDAQ: APPS) to acquire select strategic assets of AdColony. The acquisition includes the AdColony SDK for Android and iOS, its technology platform, existing integrations with in-app publishers and mediation platforms, as well as the AdColony brand name, domain, and related goodwill.
The transaction is aligned with Affle's long-term 10X growth strategy and is expected to strengthen its AI-powered Consumer Platform by expanding its software development kit (SDK) reach and publisher network across global mobile ecosystems.
