India, July 17 -- Adani Enterprises Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Limited (ADSTL), has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire the remaining 44.6% stake in Flight Simulation Solutions Private Limited (FSSPL).
Following the completion of the transaction, ADSTL's stake in FSSPL will increase from 55.4% to 100%, making FSSPL a wholly owned subsidiary of ADSTL.
As a result, ADSTL's effective ownership in Flight Simulation Technique Centre Private Limited (FSTC), a subsidiary of FSSPL, will also rise from 72.8% to 100%, further strengthening Adani's presence in the defence and simulation training business.
