India, Aug. 26 -- ACME Solar signs PPA for 130 MW Round-the-Clock Renewable Energy Project

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd said its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Marigold Urja Pvt Ltd, has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Northeast Frontier Railway for a 130 MW round-the-clock (RTC) renewable energy project.

The PPA was executed with REMC Ltd, which awarded the project through the domestic route. The project has a scheduled commencement of supply date of February 25, 2029, with a tenure of 25 years from the supply commencement date.

Under the agreement, power will be supplied at a tariff of Rs 4.35 per kWh, applicable throughout the PPA tenure.
