India, July 31 -- Aarti Industries Ltd has announced a key leadership transition, with its Board approving the appointment of Suyog Kotecha as Managing Director & CEO, effective October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
As part of the succession plan, promoter directors Rajendra Gogri, Rashesh Gogri, and Renil Gogri will transition from executive roles to non-executive leadership positions, providing strategic oversight while strengthening the company's governance framework.
