India, Sept. 28 -- Zoho, an Indian enterprise software company, has launched Zia Chat, a unified conversational AI interface designed to simplify digital operations across its business applications. The company also announced seven industry-specific SaaS offerings as part of its latest enterprise AI push.

Zia Chat was unveiled at a special event held at the Zoho headquarters in Chennai. It is designed to address what Zoho calls an "interface crisis", where employees spend valuable time navigating different software applications and searching for information across systems.
