India, May 26 -- As TSMC accelerates its Arizona buildout, the foundry giant continues to navigate four critical on-the-ground constraints. Central News Agency, citing Yeh Chun-hsien, head of the National Development Council, reports that TSMC has identified utilities constraints-particularly water supply in Arizona's desert environment-regulatory complexity, visa processing delays, and labor shortages as primary hurdles.
