India, Sept. 29 -- Hyderabad-based TakeMe2Space is putting computing capacity on one satellite, the company plans to connect two spacecraft so they can exchange data and computational workloads in orbit.

The company has signed a Launch Service Agreement with RIDE! Space to fly two 100 kg MOI constellation satellites on the Waymaker-2 mission, targeted for late 2028 aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9.

The mission is designed to test a bigger question for the nascent orbital computing market: can multiple satellites operate as parts of a shared computing infrastructure rather than as isolated machines?
