India, Nov. 10 -- Salesforce is deepening its push into intelligent enterprise software by acquiring Spindle AI, a startup best known for turning high-volume business data into smart, autonomous simulations. While financial details remain under wraps, the deal is expected to close in Salesforce's Q4 fiscal 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Founded by ClearGraph alum Ryan Atallah and Volley ML's Carson Kahn, Spindle AI brings with it a sharp focus on agentic systems, software agents that reason, learn, and act independently.
