India, Aug. 6 -- Rapidus Corp., a manufacturer of advanced logic semiconductors, today announced that prototyping has started for its 2nm gate-all-around (GAA) transistor structure at Rapidus' Innovative Integration for Manufacturing (IIM-1) foundry.
