India, Sept. 12 -- PayU has launched an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered Fraud Liability Protect (FLP) solution for Indian merchants accepting international card payments. The fintech company unveiled the product at the Global Fintech Fest 2026.

FLP is designed to protect merchants against eligible fraud chargebacks on cross-border card transactions while attempting to reduce the authentication friction that can affect legitimate payments.

The challenge has become more pronounced as international payments grow and fraud techniques become more sophisticated.
