India, Aug. 20 -- Investor and Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath has invested Rs.200 crore in CtrlS Datacenters, while entrepreneur and investor Sreeram Reddy Vanga has invested Rs.50 crore in the company. The combined Rs.250 crore investment comes as demand for data centre capacity rises alongside AI, cloud and other digital workloads in India.

The investment gives CtrlS additional capital to expand its infrastructure and capacity across the country, with the company targeting growing requirements from enterprises, cloud service providers and hyperscalers.

Founded by Sridhar Pinnapureddy in 2007, CtrlS operates hyperscale data centres across India and has been expanding its infrastructure to support growing digital workloads.
