India, June 27 -- India, along with 34 other countries, has signed a US-led initiative to build trusted and resilient supply chains to support artificial intelligence (AI) technologies at the second Pax Silica Summit held in Washington, USA.

US Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Jacob Helberg said the participating countries endorsed the Joint Statement on AI Opportunity, aligning behind a pro-growth and pro-innovation regulatory approach for the AI era.
