India, Oct. 5 -- Honeywell Technologies has been selected to deploy its Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) across L&T Realty's luxury housing and commercial projects in Mumbai and Chennai. The deployment will also include Honeywell Technologies Forge, marking one of the platform's first large-scale deployments in India's multi-family housing segment.

Honeywell Technologies' IBMS will integrate safety, security, video surveillance, and building automation while providing operators with near real-time visibility into building operations.
