India, June 4 -- Enterprise technology has a recognisable pattern. Every major wave begins with zeal, followed by experimentation, followed by the harder question: can it scale? Generative artificial intelligence (AI) is well into the third phase: scaling. Enterprises have tested copilots, experimented with large language models, and explored AI-led automation across various domains. However, the challenge remains: relatively few AI pilots make it to production.
