AI agents reach 57% of organisations, but trusted data remains at 8%
India, Oct. 7 -- Enterprise AI may be entering its agentic phase, but the infrastructure behind it appears far less ready.
More than half of organisations surveyed by The Modern Data Company are already piloting Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents or running them in production. Yet only 8.4% say the data feeding their AI systems is trustworthy enough for production.
That 57.3% versus 8.4% gap is perhaps the most telling finding from 5 Emerging Trends in Enterprise Data & AI, an interim report from the third Modern Data Survey.
