Pakistan, July 15 -- New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has revealed that global pop star Taylor Swift personally paid all security and permit-related expenses for her high-profile wedding, putting to rest speculation that New York taxpayers bore the cost of the event.

According to media reports, Swift paid more than $160,000 for security, police deployment and other government-related services required for the wedding celebrations held at Madison Square Garden.
