Pakistan, Aug. 18 -- The World Bank has downgraded the implementation rating of Balochistan's $245 million Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project, citing delays, funding gaps and concerns over beneficiary limits. The project rating fell from "moderately satisfactory" to "moderately unsatisfactory" after a review found uneven progress across several major components. The bank warned that unresolved issues could affect the project's development goals.
